ADB Regional Technical Assistance Project 6256

RETA 6256 is a regional technical assistance project intended to assist organizations implement a results focus.  At its core it has an organization assessment of readiness for MfDR.  This assessment identifies organization weaknesses and gaps which prevent better delivery of results.  The RETA provides assistance to the participating organizations in closing the gaps, working with management to identify and deliver organization results.

RETA 6256 operates in Nepal and the Philippines with a total of thirteen organizations ranging from government departments at the national level to village governments.  The results range from national policy development to the encouragement of food self-sufficiency on an isolated island.
